Kulkumy

A large city in the Kijaand Empire on the continent of Naraxlos. It lies on the river Kan, upstream from Lake Kan. It is home to House Tal'Dyran and is notable by its limited racial make up. The city itself consists of four quarters, namely the docks, the Elven quarter, the Dyran quarter and the mortals quarter. The city under went a pogrom on 443 CM and as the result the previously non elven quarter was cleared and the older elven quarter expanded into it. This area is considerably more commercial than residential.

Over time a shanty city of unterunsterblich (below immortals) has grown across the river Zan from Kulkumy. This enclave is controlled by a powerful cabal of human traders and associated orcish enforcers and as a result the area is relatively clear of the very poor.
