Chaaff

The Water King or The Sea King

Chaff is a blue dragon one of five that inhabit the isles. His humanoid form is that of an old elfwith piercing blue eyes, wearing blue scale mail but not carying any obvious weapons. He generally has a friendly demeanour and has been happy to assist parties with problems that align with his interests. While he doesn't have the breadth of knowledge his 'brother' Vidal possesses he does not appear to request payment for his aid.

Chaffe is known to have significant knowledge of spirits/souls, although this may be true of all of the other Dragons as well.

Chaffe helped locate the stolen soul of the Albino Priest they were searching for. The portal to the Chaffe's cavern was provided set up by Carlston.

Spoke with the party and assisted them with their hunt for Rio. He appeared to be friendly and had specific interest in Tari.
