Built at the confluence of the main three tributaries of the Palan River this small city is sited in the northern eastern corner of the Kijaand Empire. It marks the western edge of the Palan Mire. Cut off from the mineral wealth of the Kashhan by the swamplands, it has the feel of the frontier outpost.
