Tintagelites who have an affinity for time are somewhat faster than others.
On any occasion that the tintagelite wins Intiative against all of their opponents, and the result is an even number, they can choose to take an Extra Action which will happen at half their Initiative result.

Example
The tintagelite wins Initiative with a roll that modifies to 44 and. They choose to make a melee attack and can act again on an Initiative value of 22.

Note This tintagelite Extra Action does not allow a second High Agility action. Only one of these is allowed in the Pulse.
Choosing to take an Extra Action wreaks a dreadful toll on their body. The first time, they will take 1 EN, the second, 2 EN, the third 4 EN, and so on, doubling each time. This EN loss can be healed back. The doubling effect will reset on the occasion of the next dawn.
The tintagelite is not required to take the extra action, it is always a conscious choice, although perhaps a cunning Spite Crafter might devise a curse to force them to.
