Byrons home place is XXX, which is destroyed. It us known that fragments of this plane survived its destruction. Its is believed that Byrons true death will be caused by

  • slain by stab to death with his own walking stick.
  • this must happen during a duel
  • the duel must be performed during the morning

He is using the plane for his own purposes - he controls Waiting villages that contains evil souls diverted from hell. These souls are promised to be reborn as horrors. Some wonder if he consumes these souls. Byron is thought to reside is a Victorian house somewhere under the sea.

And with strange aeons even death may die."

Sir Jerome Hasdrubal Barca

An immortal, the Master of Gardens, that resides at Kew Gardens (his House) on the plane of Edwardian. An client of Serafin, whom he fears. He cannot depart the gardens because he has accumulated too many twilight points.

The gardens contain many magical plants and herbs.

Edwardian England

Mrs. Simpson runs the Empire on behalf of his Most National Socialist Majesty.

Magic doesn't work too well either, but skills and rituals are more effective, especially if they have a moral component.

Skills are especially effective, but hard to rank, which means the party might be the best around at most mundane things, but especially fighting skills (will look like magic to the locals).

Any horror that dies goes to a Waiting Village,

British Raj

The arm of His Majesty's sovereign claim extends into a vast subcontinent of the mysterious East, where he maintains a paternal interest in the well-being of these simple, honest folk.

Supreme Swami Kashiva

The head of the Church of England and Supreme Swami. He performs divorces, this act creates a black diamond kali statue.

He resides in the high temple of Shiva, located in India but has not been seen in public for some little time.

Rakshasa

Creatures of evil, yet honourable in their way. They are shapechangers and masters of illusion, many of whom have killed and replaced individual to seed their evil.
Their hands appear to be attached the wrong way, perhaps because when they are placed palms down on a flat surface, the thumbs are on the outside. They often affect the shape of tiger-like humanoids, but are not bound to it. If they have a weakness, it is their addiction to gambling, which, it seems, they cannot resist.
Their True Death is to be shot with a blessed crossbow bolt. Possibly having their heads cut off will similarly result in their True Death, at the very least it will slow them down.

Capt. Lawrence Oates

An intrepid adventurer, the sole survivor of Robert Falcon Scott's ill-fated expedition to the South Pole, and known for the resolution with which he withstood the privations of Antarctica. He has been settled in the subcontinent to act on behalf of Mrs Simpson, and therefore the Imperial Throne.
A noted horseman, Capt. Oates loves nothing more than to play the odd chukker of polo, when he is not hunting man-eating tigers in the jungle or lifting the natives out of their ignorance.

The Father of Lies

It is known that the Father of Lies is dead. However this may be a lie.

The Father of Lies was living of the plane of Lyrange of some time. As the deception to create the transformation was a lie, its very existence created Power for the him. He was active in allowing the Plan to continue.

Defeated by the Party, he agrees to be banished to the Abyss for the greater of 100 years of the next age in exchange for revealing information to the party.

Serafin was obtained a promise from the party not to reveal the presence of the Father of Lies.

Ultimate Winter

A plane that represents the essence of Winter. It is so cold that it will freeze ideas and concepts.

The Father of Lies asked the party to freeze the secret that he was alive in this plane. They refused him.

Horrors

Horrors cross from their distant, otherworldly dimension into our own. The Horrors come in a presumably infinite variety:— from simple eating machines that devour all they encounter, to incredibly intelligent and cunning foes that feed off the negative emotions they inspire in their prey.

Lawfakyr

A very powerful entity that resides on the plane of Greyhawk who has worked with parties for almost 15 years. He is known to be fair and trustworthy.

His residence holds a very powerful library that an entity can read from once an age. To date, it has always revealed the answer to the question searched.

Threat Description

Of the greater undead, the most common would appear to be vampires.

possible active psychic, not revealed on the field of battle. Maybe surmise only, the evidence is of a deflection of Logan's Location arrow, which may have been misreported or interpreted incorrectly.

Geopolitical Intel
[NOTE: not undated]

Very few souls are coming out of Largrange, this began about 700 years ago and as the evil plan progressed the number of souls rapidly slowed to a trickle.
They can give us a number of places where they think this effect may have started from Pockets of humanity separated by wilderness and chaos, populated by human, short lived elves. There are not many orcs, but those that have survived are much less bestial than expected.
There are 4 or 5 religions, no evil cults that have a public face.
When people die by the hand of the undead, they usually come back as undead. If their corpse is destroyed, this can stop the undead process
Unsurprisingly, humanity is slowly dying out.
