What are these 3 levels of pact?
Once upon a time Black college had first, lesser, and greater, but I thought these had gone the way of the dodo.

Nope, they are still definatly in use. Althought the terms have gone awry.
Dramus has a lesser pact at the moment, most of the pactee's have first pacts. I will edit the document to detail the correct terms.
