Sanctuary Kittys Orchard

After the False Plague Riots were quashed, the Palace had some newly cleared and well-fertilised ground to dispose of. Instead of creating an estate or extending Uptown, Prince Kadakithis decided to plant the area in exotic trees and plants. This botanical haven was declared to be a gift to the city, but it has few visitors as security is tight, and garrison patrols are frequent in this park. Those who visit include, lovers, businessmen meeting on neutral ground, gardeners, and children. Everyone is watched, and damage to the plants and fixtures is not tolerated.

The Prince claims that this park for the people is intended to be used by anyone, but the point of this royal folly is lost on the common citizens.
