Endgame

Appearance

Endgame is a large, heavily set man. He wears a grey cloak and large iron gauntlets protect his hands. He wears dark hard boots of some kind. He keeps his face shrouded. Beneath his cloak something rustles and moves. It is as if small creatures click their alein limbs together and chitter excitedly.

He wields a broadsword from time to time, summoning it from some other place, apparently.

Endgame can cover distance deceptively quickly, but must his pace must never exceed that of a walk.

His physical strength is tied in some way to his physical beauty. The uglier he becomes, the stronger he becomes.

Character

There is much debate over Endgame's morality. He uses weapons and skills associated with deplorable professions and appears to be well on his way to becoming a fully fledged Horror. He travels to places that drive others insane and has truck with those that dwell therein. His visage is so ghastly as to have driven fellow immortals mad. He has had amorous liaisons with (and survived quite happily) Mrs Fang, and there is a rumour of some connection to a great spider-like entity of elemental hunger. He perceives unlight with little effort and is capable of manipulating it.

However, he has protected mortals, often at significant personal risk, from harm. His own faction, the Endgame Connection, admits no members known to be evil. He possesses the strength of ten, one of very few immortals who can claim the ability (which relies entirely on purity of the heart).

Other Abilities

He can also take others with him when he travels. Endgame has, at times, been contracted to create middlemarches for other Immortals. He maintains a degree of professional confidentiality about these project and does not speak on it.

Endgame makes an invaluable addition to even high level missions. His ability to go almost anywhere... with entourage, to encircle and fix large numbers of opponents, and to create bolt holes in a pinch make for an unpredictable and potent threat with an unmatched ability to flank, evade or re-deploy. He is more limited when avoidance of collatoral damage is a factor.

Agents

It is unclear whether the Sisters of Hunger that (apparently) serve him in their multiple forms are agents.
