Richard Valentius Stabilius

He is a scarred human warrior and a member of the Lunar Inquisition.
He is a friend and ally of Matt Tumbledown, who is a Titan. He is obviously hardy (given his friends sense of humour). He dresses in hard working, Red Plate armour of some value, boots which slowly bleed, and forks floating around his head. Most people politely ignore the boots. He seems to take care not to stand on things he will stain with the boots.
He is a friend of Matt Tumbledown, and Mebh
