Capital: Palbar City
Population:78,000 including Palbar City.
Language: 100% Lunar, 30% Common, 5% Storm Giant.

Located in the east of the Lunar Empire, the area is a producer of horses and wool. The Moon Temples in the Yelmfoot Town is more heavily guarded than other temples within the Empire. Production in a normal year is enough to feed around 66,000 people.
