Not much is known about this area of Terranova. The only party that has been there is a Guild Party in 818WK who visited one of the Seven Ancient Cities i.e. Phili'Delphia. This city is located above the largest peak, the Emperor Peak in the Five Kings mountain range. This range is inhabited by frost dwarves and a colony of mainly Ice Mages that split off from the city during the Ice/Air schism of magic, several years ago. This settlement, Fnord, located near the bottom of a peak by a large glacial lake, is now connected back to the city by a rune portal.

Further north of the Five Kings range, is the Barrier Range that runs between the continent and the giant ice sheet that surrounds the North Pole. Up here is said to be ice giants, ice trolls, white dragons and other creatures that are native to that environment. Between the two ranges are snow filled valleys and plains. Many of the Ice Trolls and Giants have allied and have moved south trying to take over the dwarven territories. Hence there are frequent skirmishes between the dwarves and the giants accompanied by winter wolves. Fnord trades with the dwarves and does what it can to help them.

To the south the Five Kings range descends into a large forest, which ascends beyond the snowline. Several woodland creatures live here, including bear, caribou, reindeer and the six legged Wolliped, prized for it's fleece and milk. The first sighting of wolliped above the forest in the mountains marks the beginning of Spring. What is on the other side of the forest and how far south it extends is currently unknown.

Up this far north, winter nights are long and cold with the sun only appearing a few hours at a time. Conversely in summer, the opposite is true. On some nights, brilliant sheets of colour can be seen dancing in the sky.
