Carlos Serge la Grenoille

Carlos Serge la Grenoille was the Steward of Soulport who served under Axyl Palathar until 807.
He was accused of Slaving in late Winter 807 and he served 2 years of his sentence before being pardoned by King Ronan con Sartra and he now runs the Golden Wheel Inn down near dockside in Tarc's Isle.
