Since when have we decided that the Elohim are the only powers of light?

These powers have always been kept loose and undefined so that DMs are not compelled to buy into any particular pantheon or religious structure. The only real definition of them is that these powers are generally good and on the other side from the forces of Hell.

I will be adding other, non-angelic powers of light as the whim takes me.

Go ahead. PCs won't associate them with these cosmic boors though. Like being all for democracy and yet not a member of the Democrats in the U.S., sorta. - William
