Thanks, yes, not sure why we want them in precendence order rather than the original DQ2 order, but if they are going to be in that order it does make sense to put Marquises before Earls.
Not at all sure where Presidents should go though. :-)

They're an old rank, not hereditary, but I think they're in the right place. I have some vague memory of it being like an electoral position, but I can't remember where I read this.
