Errol: Shouldn't this item be at a time when the maximum number of people are there? Like just after adventure summaries?
Stephen: To get more input, yes. But the order of proceedings at the guild meeting is adventures, awards, other business. If we want to change the order of proceedings then that's fine but we should make that change first rather than just ignore what is currently standard.
