Campaign Issues

1. Proposed that the GM Awards are changed from per quarter to per session in line with player awards and supporting more flexibility of game length.
   • Currently: 5,000xp per quarter, doubled if not playing.
   • Proposed: 500xp per session, doubled if not playing.
