If a particular area is obviously being exploited, especially if it is a wooded region, Sooty can with a source of Ft (including restoratives/healing potions) let loose quite a significant number of Salamanders to cause a wildfire that will be very hard to extinguish. Obviously, this is quite destructive and not controllable so can't be used in any location where there are things or people that are important to preserve. | If a particular area is obviously being exploited, especially if it is a wooded region, Sooty can with a source of Ft (including restoratives/healing potions) let loose quite a significant number of Salamanders to cause a wildfire that will be very hard to extinguish. Potential missions which could be resolved by email or with short games in the build up to Winter 818.
Merchants to Brandenburg
Unconfirmed report that a servant of Dilxae Baenath is buying up food in Brandenburg.
Merchants required to ensure he pays too much, doesn't get enough, and that most of what he gets is rotten or otherwise useless to them. All without letting on that anyone is overtly acting against them - best if we don't tip our hand too soon.
Hijack Payrolls
Some of the troops in Borovia are Mercenary Companies, others are regular (non-fanatical) troops. These all expect to get paid.
- Spies to identify when and how they are paid.
- Thieves to redirect those payments. Maybe replace some with Earth Mage gems, notes which can only be redeemed in Terranova or similar (effectively) worthless currencies.
40% of the re-routed payrolls to go to the people of Borovia and the campaign. 20% to the spies that bring in actionable info. 30% to the thieves. 10% guild tax.
Troubadour Troop Subversion
Master Troubadours to craft songs and stories subtly undermining the Drow command. Brave Troubadours to spread those songs and tales within Borovia. Covert Operatives to get the Troubadours in, out and to keep them safe while there.
Similarly songs and stories to inspire the slaves in the Isles and Borovia, prime them for a revolt when the time comes.
Courtier Negotiations
Identify middle and lower tier nobles and leaders within Borovia and the Isles who could be incited to rebellion, attempted self-promotion, or subverted to our side. Master (or soon to be master) Courtiers to make it happen.
Pruning and Harvesting
Specialists in Asparagus and Chrysanthemums to prune unwanted crops in Borovia and the Isles, ideally ensuring blame falls on other worthy plants. Fertilising the land with blood & bone as good gardeners do.

Questions?
What basic information is available about the occupation of the Elven Isles and Barovia. Are outsiders (non Drow) welcome? What level of scrutiny are outsiders subject? This info will be useful is forming plans. Please see --> Borovia Issues - Questions for GM from Players.
Face makeovers
With having the Healer power we do, those that aren't good at disguises themselves but who may be well-known adventurers can have faces resculpted into something that isn't as obvious. Will not disguise aura's. Please see --> Borovia Issues - Questions for GM from Players.
Updating general overview of Borovia.
Currently, a lot of our information on Borovia is out of date. Sooty would like to propose recruiting some suitable former Borovian residents who managed to get out and training them in basic spycraft, then inserting them into the general human population if there is still one. As locals they will be able to spot recent changes that may otherwise fit into the area. Also scrying through Crystals or other means in order to get an idea if any new roads, forts, towns or mines have been established, as well as identify scry shielded regions that they can be a priority for the high ranked spies to gather information about.
Contact Silverfoam at Borovia Hold as lots of former Borovian residents are currently living as guests in the Superstition Mountains. --Jono (talk) 01:27, 13 April 2018 (MDT)
Diversions/Distractions/Destruction
Salamander plague
If a particular area is obviously being exploited, especially if it is a wooded region, Sooty can with a source of Ft (including restoratives/healing potions) let loose quite a significant number of Salamanders to cause a wildfire that will be very hard to extinguish. Obviously, this is quite destructive and not controllable so can't be used in any location where there are things or people that are important to preserve.
