A mostly wilderness area which never seems to get warm, is the Kingdom of Kuzjera. It is home to two large Dwarven underground strongholds of Kondasgel and Harhakeim.
A human and hobbit population (Skræling) of about 4,000 who trade with the Dwarves. They provide food from the hunt, herding and fishing. In the northern area of the region are some tribes of Walrus people centred around elemental hot pools, and are known locally as Tuskarr.
