Count Kree e'Kieron Taijin has been the Head of State of the County Palatine of Borovia since 787 WK along with his co-ruler Countess Anestasia Desiree.
They reside in the seat of government for Borovia which is the Rabenschloß (Castle of the Raven) which stands on a high bluff overlooking the town.
In Spring 813WK Kree was seen by adventurers on 'Return of the Geomancers' and was under some form of charm.
