Captain Bazcot is a self important Orcish Pirate looking to make himself respectable through some means. He has a motley collection of men and some ready cash reserves from previous 'encounters' on the high seas and other such ventures.
As of Winter 807; he has been working to take over the contested town of Shorapur in the Five Sisters.
