Originally a Servant of [[Malthus]] (Earl of Death and Havoc), around 300 years ago he 'grew a spine', and decided he could do better than the 72 were managing. He created a religion and grew it slowly, staying beneath the notice of the Dukes. Appears pragmatic, and opportunistic. As the Dark Circle withdrew in 806WK, his agents took control of at least six vampires, and took power in [[Horsham]] and [[Mickleton]] in [[Waterford]] (the Hormikleton Forest vampires were neutralised.)
