This non-magical stone is completely grey coloured and a perfect sphere measuring ½ inch in circumference. This stone has no property other than to absorb/annul magic in the area around it, as directed by the bearer. This strange stone fell to earth as part of a meteor, has been fashioned into this amulet for use by those who wish to counter magic that they encounter.<br />

The wearer of this amulet can target the effect upon entities or magical effects within 30 ft of the wearer. One new or additional target may be selected (via a magical Fire Action) every full 5 seconds. A quickened wearer may utilise their extra action, but it may not be used to select an additonal target.<br />

'''EFFECT''': A targetted entity or magical effect must make a 1 x Magic Resistance (vs Namer Magic) roll or have all its magical effects annulled by the stone while it remains within 30ft range. If the target moves out of the 30ft their magic will all return as per normal. Spell effects have a MR of Rank%, +20 if Special knowledge. Effects of rituals have a MR of 2xRank , +20 if Special Knowledge.<br />

Example: Darien moves into a room where he sees Blitzkrieg in combat with another fighter (Charles) who has some special spell in effect which Blitz is finding hard to get through. Darien moves to 20 foot away from Charles and spends a pulse targeting Charles who then fails his MR vs Namer Magic. Charles finds his special spell effects suppressed while Darien stays back behind Blitzkrieg who slices and dices Charles. During the fight Darien stays within the 30ft distance. <br />
