This river starts in [[Lake Mara]], a deep mountain lake where the river is wide; starting at 80ft across as it leaves Lake Mara and near the sea it is some 300ft across. The depth of the river averages 200ft having been carved long ago by glaciers and huge ice formations. The river length starts at [[Baklava]] and goes down past the town of [[Marasei]] and then southwards down into the big bay and ocean south of [[Aladar]].<br />
